-T has Ss match the words with their meanings. Ss match the words in English to the words in vietnamese.
-T corrects, marks.
-T explains note grammars. Ss take notes.
-T has Ss think of what to do in these emergency cases. Ss work in pairs, give their ideas.
-T writes their ideas on the board. Ss take notes.
-T has Ss read the instructions on page 83 to check their ideas. Ss read them then give answers.

-T has Ss read the treatments on page 84 and match three leading A, B, C to them. Ss work in pairs.
